Our valued client is looking to recruit a temporary Key worker Living Scheme Manager to manage all aspect of NHS staff accommodation. The successful candidate will manage voids, arrears and lettings, as well as on-site maintenance and housekeeping to ensure all legal and contractual obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities
Effective management of all teams under your control.
Complete appraisals, objectives and 121s within agreed time scales.
Procurement of goods and services.
Attend meetings with residents and stakeholders as required.
Write and present reports as required on performance, maintenance and accommodation.
Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and ensure they are adhered to by all.
Prepare legal papers and attend court hearings.
Participate in out of hours rota for emergency contact.
Essential requirements
Relevant qualifications in housing, management or equivalent.
A clear understanding and commitment to promoting equality and diversity requirements.
Knowledge of health and safety practice.
Excellent communication skills and good knowledge IT systems.
Ability to work outside of normal working hours on occasion to attend meetings.
Demonstrate and contribute to the company's mission statement.
Demonstrate and commit to safeguarding, promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
