A successful Law Firm in London is currently looking to recruit 2 Qualified Residential Conveyancers to join their Conveyancing team in Surrey. With continuous success, the firm is offering an experienced Conveyancer the opportunity to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The Qualified Residential Conveyancer must have thorough knowledge of Residential Conveyancing; as well as being committed to providing the very best customer service. The Conveyancer will run a full Residential Conveyancing caseload, with the support of a property assistant; also being able to build positive relationships with referrers, keeping their Conveyancing portal updated as well as working to achieve targets set by them is key. The Residential Conveyancer must have excellent attention to detail, as well as IT literate and familiar with case management and electronic diary systems.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Thorough knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Solicitor, licensed conveyancer or equivalent qualification is desirable
• Confident communicator - verbal and written (Plain English)
• IT literate & familiar with case management & electronic diary systems
• Experienced in working within a paperless environment
• Motivated by working towards and achieving monthly targets
• proven ability to organise a busy caseload
• Excellent attention to detail
