The Role:
* Highly visible 'face of the business' role
* Responsible for supporting the HRBP with HR related issues within the region and support Operations team
* Provide advice and guidance - management issues, discipline and performance etc
* Working with different key areas of the business
* Dealing with stakeholders
* Recruitment and Development
* Must be able to demonstrate Strategy and Client Contact
The Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
* Experience of recruiting and developing managers and staff
* Strong experience in employee relations
* Passionate about service - both internal and external
* Experience of working with a diverse team
* Enjoy problem solving, negotiation and influencing
* Up to Date on Contemporary Employment Law
* CIPD - Qualified
* Foodie background is advantageous
