Our client has a busy direct access hostel offering crisis accommodation and support to rough sleepers.

Our client is recruiting bank staff to support their fantastic team delivering 24 hour support 365 days a year to former rough sleepers. The role requires empathy and understanding as well as the ability to maintain clear boundaries and provide a safe hostel environment. You will have the skills to deliver support to clients with a range of often complex needs. With an ability to work as part of a team committed to service user involvement and the development of high quality services, you will also be innovative and creative in your approach to meeting client need.

This 0-hour role is paid at GBP8.75 per hour, plus enhancements for unsociable hours and proportional holiday entitlement. This is a perfect role for someone looking to get into social work, who maybe isn't able to commit to a full time job at present.

The shift patterns include, early, lates, sleep-ins and some waking nights.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Early: 8am - 4pm
Day: 9am - 5pm
Flexi: 11am - 7pm

WEEKENDS
Early: 8am - 4pm
Core: 10am - 7pm

Late: 2pm - 10pm
Sleep-in: 5pm - midnight (sleep) 7am - 8am
Waking Night: 10pm - 8am
