Workshop Fleet Valeting Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Fleet Valeting Supervisor who is looking to take that next step up in their career to managing a small team of Car Fleet Maintenance Valeters.

The role requires someone with excellent customer service skills with a warm, friendly and engaging disposition that supports a 'hands on style of managing'. The day to day activities is busy so this opportunity would suit someone who is a calm individual who can work in a pressurised environment quickly and methodically.

Previous experience is essential to be considered for this role.

The role:

- Oversee a team of Drivers & Valeters
- Drive, deliver and/or collection vehicles to inter-branch or directly to customer
- Completing the Pre-Rental Vehicle Inspection for every hire
- Checking vehicles at the end of hire for damage, using the appropriate system
- Supporting customer queries
- Paperwork and office-based administration
- Showing customers to vehicles, marking damage, showing controls, discussing vehicle equipment, fuel type etc to ensure the understanding of the vehicle and customer parking allocations

Required:

- Recent and proven experience of high end valeting
- Some mechanic knowledge is preferred
- Have a full clean UK driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Honest with a great work ethic
