Oxfam has 650 shops whose mission is to make as much money as possible to beat poverty. They sell mostly donated stock which is locally sourced. Our shop model depends on efficient logistics and cascade which is managed between local and central teams.

What we’re looking for:

A dynamic, self-starting retail project manager with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be reviewing, creating and communicating a new cost efficient system of stock cascade, considering the practical considerations of Oxfam shops, current practices, donated product value and logistical costs.

What you'll need:

If you have knowledge of Oxfam shops, cascade and logistics, that would be an advantageous, but an understanding of charity retailing is essential!

You’ll also need;

• Strong analytical and project management skills
• To be innovative and have a creative approach to problem solving
• To be able to be effective when working with senior executives collaboratively, in order to define solutions and deliver strategies which respond to strategic and operational objectives
