Trainee Machine Operator (Shift based)

GBP8.40p/h (Rising to GBP8.70 after Probation) + Approx GBP117 p/m shift allowance + Overtime + Full Training + Pension + Holidays + Progression
Excellent opportunity to join an expanding company where you'll receive full training to become a skilled machine operator in a busy production environment.
Do you have any experience of operating machines? Are you flexible to work shifts that will include nights?
The market leading company make specialist products for a variety of industries including packaging, print. They have grown and built a second site in the UK and currently require a machine operator as part of their expansion.
You will be given full training alongside an experienced operator before operating the rotating production machinery yourself. It is important that the products are of the highest quality so an attention to detail is a must.
The ideal candidate will have experience of operating any kind of rotating machinery within a production or manufacturing environment. You will be conscious of safe working procedures and flexible to work a rotating shift pattern.
The Role:
*Full training provided
*Operating specialist rotating machinery
*Ensuring high levels of quality processes
*Working to safe procedures
*3 Shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)
The Person:
*Machine operating experience
*Experience in a manufacturing, production or workshop environment
*An eye for detail and quality
*Keen to receive full training
