Recruitment Resourcer - Leeds
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our resourcing team in Leeds. This role enables you to develop your recruitment resourcing skills by building relationships with new candidates, while working alongside a team that are committed to making a difference to the lives of individuals and their families. Pulse Nursing at Home is a successful, growing, well-established division within Pulse Nursing. Pulse Nursing at Home is a leading provider of nurses and Health Care Assistant (HCA) to UK and International Healthcare patients. We support NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups and private patients by placing expert caring and compassionate staff with the patients we care for.
Key Tasks:
Working under the supervision of the Resourcing Team Leader to support with the resourcing and recruitment of quality nurses and healthcare assistants.
Liaison with New Business and Recruitment teams to determine areas of high demand for focused recruitment activity.
Direct resourcing activity- screening applications, sourcing candidates from job boards, headhunting and completing pre-screens with candidates.
Conversion of warm leads- dealing with online enquiries and previously registered applicants.
Responsible for management of and liaison with candidates through application process up to interview booking stage.
Management of Pipeline of applicants and database in order to present weekly stats to Line Manager.
Ownership of writing and monitoring Job Adverts - keeping postings relevant and up to date.
Developing your own knowledge of the complex care sector, to aid in discussion with healthcare professionals.
Exceed targets as set by the business
Input and support with recruitment strategy
Education / Qualifications
• Good level of basic education with strong numeracy and literacy Essential
• Strong IT skills Essential
Skills / Abilities
• Experience within the UK Healthcare market Desirable
• Demonstrable experience of resourcing candidates Essential
• Ability to develop and manage candidate relationships Desirable
• Ability to overcome initial candidate objections Essential
Experience/Knowledge
• Telecoms experience - within a sales or recruitment environment Desirable
• Experience in cold calling Essential
• Managing a pipeline of candidates Desirable
• Knowledge of NHS/Health/Social Care Market Desirable
