You have the opportunity to work in a regional service vital to Yorkshire, you will become part of a team that situate within the finance department. Involved in the purchasing and sales of goods for the company you will be communicating with the finance team.
Your new job role
As a sales administrator in this company your key duties will include:
* Processing orders from a central system
* Handling incoming mail and purchase invoices for goods
* Processing invoice purchases and speaking with the relevant suppliers to purchase goods
* Coding the invoices to relevant budget codes
* Use Excel to monitor purchases
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this job role you will have a background in sales. You will be a confident candidate who will be able to demonstrate their ability to communicate and negotiate with potential suppliers and colleagues. In your previous sales jobs you will have discussed products with ease and have the confidence to this in your new sales job. An intermediate level of Excel skill is desirable to this role but not essential.

You will initially be offered a salary of GBP16,500, this will be increased due to length of service. This sales job is a temporary role for 12 - 18 months, you will be able to work flexi hours between 7AM and 7PM with half an hour for lunch.
