Restaurant Manager
I have this position available for a talented restaurant manager who has a keen eye for detail and very high standards, they are looking for someone to support and run the restaurant in this busy gastro pub in Newbury. They serve great food in a warm atmosphere that's enjoyed by locals and customers from further afield.
This role is offering GBP25,000 + TRONC and live-in available if required
Hours will be on a rota basis of around 45 per week
You will need for this position:
* Previous restaurant supervisor experience
* Good knowledge of food and wine
* Good team player
* Able to manage staff
* To have a hands on approach
* High quality standards
* Keen eye for detail
