RESOURCE CONSULTANT
Ganymede Energy are looking to recruit a Resource Consultant with the desire to succeed to join our ever-growing team based in Milton Keynes.
You will be responsible for the full candidate journey from attraction through to placement. You will need to be professional, with the ability to learn quickly. You will be monitored and measured on your ability to arrange interviews within a very buoyant and thriving market.
Day-to-day activities typically involve:
* Contacting engineers by telephone and discussing the latest opportunities within the industry,
* Typing and documenting a summary of your conversation with the engineer,
* Requesting and storing all relevant qualifications & documents as required,
* Candidate attraction through advertisements in newspapers, magazines and on websites or social media,
* Arranging interviews with clients and preparing candidates for these,
* Overseeing the administration of the placement of successful candidates, in conjunction with the administrative support function,
* Keeping records and submitting own statistics for assessment against performance targets,
* Working towards weekly / monthly targets,
* Other relevant duties as may be reasonably applicable from time to time.
We are looking for people who are driven, have a dynamic personality and have the desire to succeed!

* Basic salary18k - 22K plus commission, realistic OTE of GBP40K plus,
