Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator Mandarin Speaking
Location: Banbury
Salary: GBP20,000-GBP25,000 pa DOE
Our client is a successful company based in Banbury. They are looking for a highly capable, Mandarin-speaking co-ordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity within a prosperous and reputable company. With an ever expanding footprint, the company offers a range of pioneering products accommodating consumer needs through forward thinking and ground-breaking product development within the electronic goods industry.
Main Responsibilities.
- Primary contact with Far East manufacturing facilities
- Requesting quotations to customer specifications
- Booking deliveries (domestic and international)
- Liaising with and updating product status'
- Organising testing for new products and samples
- Travel abroad to conduct quality checks on products
- Assisting and supporting sales team where necessary
- Taking on ad-hoc projects
- Checking and creating product briefs.
Key Skills & Experience.
- Business Level Mandarin is essential
- Methodical thinker with fantastic organisational skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with Excel worksheets and formulas
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator
