An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a HR Administration Manager to join us at our Head Office in Gloucester.

Within this role, you will motivate and lead a team of HR Administrators to provide a first-class HR Admin service for the Group; making best use of technology, looking for opportunities to improve business processes to maximize opportunities to automation, manager and employee self-service.

You will ensure key employee data is professionally managed and stored in line with business requirements and will provide recommendations to improve the communication of HR knowledge to develop workforce capability. You will also work with payroll; proactively seeking opportunities to ensure synergy with HR colleagues and payroll.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you possess a CIPD or management qualification and have experience within a similarly sized, multi-site organisation. With strong communication and leadership skills, you will have the ability to provide inspirational and motivational leadership and will be able to influence and negotiate at a senior level to a desired outcome.

In addition to the salary offered, you will have 25 days holiday, 2x salary life assurance and a company pension
