An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Fabricator and Finishing Specialist on a Permanent basis based in Leicester.
This vacancy offers a very competitive salary, dependent on experience.
About The Company:
They design and manufacture well-made furniture, upholstery, lighting, fabrics, wallpapers and interior necessities.
They pride themselves in excellent quality and exceptional working environments within their new workshop.
Working Hours:
• 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday. 2pm Finish on Fridays.
The Role:
To manufacture and deliver outstanding designs, which will include:
• Metal Fabrication
• Soft and Silver soldering of brass components
• Polishing and preparing metal components for finishing
• Bronzing and antiquing of brass and steel
• Gliding
• Assembly
• Packing for despatch
The Successful Candidate:
• Have an NVQ in metal Fabrication processes and/or welding or
comparable skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience in Finishing processes and advantage
• Silver soldering experience
• Assembly experience in brass work
• Have excellent organisation skills
• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Be pro-active and have a can-do attitude
