I have an amazing opportunity for a budding Barista trained Catering Assistant that wants to move to the next level. Monday to Friday, 9-5pm occasional Saturdays if there is a Hospitality event on site in one of the most prestigious B&I sites just outside Leeds.
About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Caf?? Bar Team Leader at my clients head office in Bradford.
Role responsibilities will include:
* To lead, motivate, organise, train and develop the front of house team.
* To enhance the presentation and production of high quality hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, snacks and cakes while delivering a 5 star customer service.
* Ensure a cost effective service by effective utilisation of resources (food and labour) on the Caf?? Bar & Pod.
* Maintain the food safety management system to a 5 star standard and delivery of a premium hospitality service.
About you
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Food & Beverage Supervision in a Supervisor or Team Leader role with food & beverage preparation experience
* Barista trained and experience in the preparation of specialised hot beverages in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organised, efficient and ability to work at speed
* Experience in team leading and development of colleagues
* Excellent time management skills
* Perform a manual job that requires lifting, carrying, bending and stretching
* Working flexibility - there will be a requirement to cover out of hours functions
* Stock taking & vending experience
* Budgeting and cost control experience
* Knowledge of HACCP systems and SFBB
* Situational leadership skills
* Experience in conflict management
Qualifications preferred or evidence to show
* Customer Service
* Supervisory/Team Leader
* Level 2 hygiene
* COSHH
* Manual handling
* HACCP
