Based in Bolton, our client is looking for someone who has previous experience of working as a PA and someone who is highly organised and can combine their PA experience with facilities management duties

The main purpose of this role will include:

Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Provision of ad hoc administrative support to the Board Directors
Co-ordinating the day to day office premises duties, including liaising with the landlord
Assist HR and Management with any, recruitment, induction and general company personnel administration tasks
Company administration duties to include stationery and general consumables ordering and stock control
Responsible for in-coming and out-going post
Responsible for Health & Safety administration


You should have previous PA experience within a commercial industry i. Insurance or Finance and some office management experience would be beneficial although not essential. You should have really good IT skills and good copy and typing skills

You should be highly organised with a friendly approach and a can do attitude. A professional and confidential approach is essential with the ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
