We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to support our continued growth and further increase customer support within tri, a market leader in the production of information, procedures and web-enabled solutions.

Over 200 local authorities, safeguarding boards, independent providers and national agencies have commissioned us to develop their procedures manual and subsequently keep them up to date.

Social Care Procedures - Lead Consultant
£32,049 - £36,252, 37 hours per week. Permanent

We are offer very competitive remuneration package, including 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 36 days with length of service.

Based at our Coventry office, with flexibility to also work from home.

We are seeking an experienced professional, preferably with recent experience of social care practice. You should have a good understanding of social care legislation and a commitment to good practice. You will be responsible for working with customers in both the children's and adult sectors to develop and maintain their procedures manuals.

Each contract depends on the specific requirements of the customer, and it can range from reviewing, updating and restructuring the customer's own material, to 'tailoring' material taken from our own library or drafting new chapters.

You will need to establish a close working relationship with strategic and operational managers in customer organisations so excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. You will also need to be clear thinking, well organised and able to work to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
