Utilising your experience as a Sales Administrator, you will be providing the sales team with general administrative support and providing customers with a first class service. You will have a positive/can do attitude and thrive in customer focused environment.
You will be responsible for the following duties -
Receive and process all orders
Ensure that products are inspected before they are despatched
Complete despatch notes
Deal effectively with any returns
Check order status, input purchase orders and despatch notes
Keep an up to date log of product codes
Assist packing and despatch if required
