**Retail Finance Analyst needed in Coventry**

A multinational pharmaceuticals organisation with international success is recruiting a Retail Finance analyst to join their finance division. You will be responsible for delivering finance support for the retail network and providing analysis and insight to finance colleagues and the operations leadership team.

You will be an experienced individual with a strong analytical mindset and experience of working in management accounting and reporting roles. You will be an EXPERT on Microsoft Excel and have an adaptable and pro-active approach with strong problem solving skills. Along with the professional skills it is imperative you have the right personality, a friendly and approachable individual with an adaptable and personable persona.

You will be accountable for forecasts and budgets down to store level along with providing finance with required reporting to feed upward analysis to Functional and Board Directors. Along with the above you will complete appropriate variance analysis and commentary on Retail Operations performance at Corporate / Region / Area and Store level. You will support and attend retail operations' meeting as and when required.

You MUST have a CIMA/ACCA qualification to be considered for this role. You will have experience delivering objectives, managing your own workload and taking responsibility. You will be enthusiastic about your role and will be recognised or have been recognised as a "Financial expert," working well with others a creating a positive team spirit. Finally you must have experience in using a business intelligence tool at super user level.
