An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Operations Assistant working within the Manufacturing Industry to join a World leader in automotive refinishing products, we are currently looking for a HR Operations Assistant to work at their Manufacturing facility in Wellingborough. This is a full time role, working a 40 hour week. This role is paying between GBP20-24K depending on experience. This role also offers a Company Pension, a holiday entitlement of 25 day per year plus nominated bank holidays.

The CEO is based at the London Head Office, with the Global Leadership Team based across the UK, USA, Russia and China. The Supply Chain Director and the Operations Management Team are based at the Wellingborough site and the HR Director divides their time between the London Office and Wellingborough site.
Job Purpose:
To provide effective administrative support to the HR Director, Supply Chain Director and the Operations Management Team and employees.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Provide Reception duties, including general enquiries and requests; handling them directly when appropriate.
* Dealing with incoming emails and post
* Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
* Maintaining and improving office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
* Co-ordinate and execute effective non-cogs purchasing of consumable materials for Manufacturing
* Dealing with first-line HR queries and support with letters, references, minutes and inductions
* Help prepare data for Payroll and deal with any queries associated
* Provide ad-hoc diary management support to the Supply Chain Director and HR Director and ad-hoc support with organising local event management
Candidate specification:
* Able to work with discretion and absolute confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently without supervision with a high level of drive and self-motivation.
* Calm and focused, even when multi-tasking and under time pressure.
* High level of personal organisation
* Ability to resolve queries and look for areas for potential improvement.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
* High standards of attention to detail. High levels of accuracy.
* Sets and upholds appropriate standards of behaviour and demonstrates a positive attitude.
* High level computer literacy
* Ability to provide effective administrative support/co-ordination to a management team including executive/director level
