We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Bristol (Portishead) Branch. You will be leading, inspiring and motivating a small team of 6 FTE.
We are a successful and profitable recruitment business who operate in both permanent and temporary markets. This role is not to replace a previous manager but is due to growth and to support the future growth of the business and create career development for current team.
The Role.
* Leading and managing the day to day business
* Business development
* Staff training and development
* Client meetings
* Compliance
* Managing and driving sales and service
* Identifying new sectors / divisions for business growth
The Candidate
* Previous management experience in recruitment or similar industry
* The ability to operate and deliver results in a sales driven environment
* Displays a positive and energetic outlook
* Has the ability to establish strong business relationships
* Is able to remain calm and measured when up against challenges
* Has excellent communication skills
* A good listener and mentor to their team
* Financial awareness and ability to monitor branch performance
* Leads from the front
* Excellent people skills
* Creative
