Due to ongoing expansion a Sales Support Administrator is required to join a successful valve manufacturing company, part of a group of companies throughout the UK and Internationally.

As a Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for providing a high standard of first line customer service support, to clients and customers by assisting with sales support and administration office work via computer, phone and emails. You will liaise with sales persons and managers.

To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator with strong customer service skill and not be afraid to use the telephone and talk to customers. You will demonstrate a willingness to learn and desire to become part of this friendly, efficient team.

Duties:

- To provide 1st line sales support; answering customer and suppliers queries via phone and email
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all product queries
- Receive incoming calls and respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any problems
- Maintain a log of any enquiries received and learn how to use our CRM system
- Support customers and sales staff by providing administrative and communication skills
- Escalate more complex technical issues or requests to the relevant Manager

Requirements:

- Proven helpdesk / sales support experience
- An understanding of Microsoft Windows systems and programs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Competitive salary between £18k - £20k depending on experience
