Sales Valuer / Lister/Senior Property Consultant
Peterborough
OTE GBP35,000 - GBP38,000
(Upto GBP20,000 basic salary, plus bonus)
Our client is seeking an experienced Valuer/Senior property Consultant who is looking for an opportunity to step into a busy and thriving Estate Agent. This is a very exciting time to join a well-known agency and progress your career in a busy market.
To be considered for this role you must have industry experience with a background in valuation and listing, and strong marketing skills. A good understanding of the local market is essential as well as a valid drivers licence.
Responsibilities:
* Winning new instructions and gaining new business
* Delivering high levels of customer service
* Being the face of the brand ensuring you are well presented and articulate
* Understanding of the local property market
* Keeping in contact with vendors and buyers
* Keeping in touch with negotiators
* Any administration duties
