Curo’s Community Connect Service connects people to their communities, providing advice, information and support as well as volunteering opportunities to people over 50 in North Somerset.
 
Do you love your local community and want to give something back? Do you have a passion for working with people from different backgrounds?
 
This is a pivotal role providing information over the phone at the first point of contact to signpost and advise our customers about services and activities where they live. You will be able to use your administrative skills in the recording and presenting of data. You will also coordinate work done by our team of Wellbeing Workers, manage their diaries and record referral information so we can tailor our services to the customers’ needs.
 
You will need a good knowledge of community resources available for over 50s and the ability to identify needs and offer excellent customer care.
