£20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience

Full Time – Monday to Friday, 7:00am start with a flexible finish for the right candidate

Our client is a specialist Forklift hire and maintenance Company based in the Croydon area and they are seeking an experienced and energetic Service Desk Administrator to join their team.

The main purpose of this position is to support all aspects of the implementation and day to day running of the Company’s CRM system (Protean) with a view to becoming the Internal Expert. Full training will be provided.

Main duties include:

• Manage the engineer’s diaries in accordance with customer need/demand and in partnership with Protean

• Liaise with suppliers to manage stock and order parts as well as seeking the best price/options depending on the job requirements

• Ensure that all jobs logged on Protean are duplicated with Xero for accounting purposes

• Create PO numbers and obtaining part numbers where required

Essential skills required:

• Previous experience in a similar role or environment with CRM (Protean) use is desirable

• Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)

• First rate customer service abilities

• Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work flexibly to prioritise workload to tight timescales

• Initiative with the drive to work under pressure

• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel (Protean or Xero experience would be an advantage)

In addition to your salary, you will also receive 20 days holiday rising with each year of completed service up to a maximum of 25 days and enrolment into the Company pension scheme.
