Compliance Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer
Slough Centre
Basic Salary up to GBP21k per annum + Excellent Benefits Package
Do you have aviation compliance experience and want to be a part of a growing, ambitious company?
We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Aviation desk in Slough!
Your new role:
* Fully administration duties for the division.
* Recruiting candidates and gaining references.
* Controlling compliance.
* Advertising for applicants in such a manner that will generate the largest / best quality response.
* Managing your recruited candidate's performance daily and weekly, ensuring that clients and candidates are consistently satisfied.
* Working towards performance targets.
