Based from a growing Horsforth office you will cover vacancies across the UK & occasionally internationally. As a Trainee/ Graduate you can expect the very best training that will cover the full recruitment and sales life cycles from candidate generation to client management. Compass are looking to add to several members of their team for both immediate starters for those 2018 graduates looking for delayed starts:
Salary: Initial Salary base of GBP16- GBP20k with the potential of an uncapped OTE in the first year.
