Hours of Work: Weekly Rota
Location: TN9 1BB
Description:
Looking for a Gelateria Supervisor to work full time in our new gelateria and dessert parlour based in Tonbridge, Kent. The ideal candidate needs to be flexible, committed, hardworking, passionate about working hands-on and supporting the team.
Requirements:
• Previous Gelateria Team Leader experience in gelateria, caf?? or restaurant is essential
• Previous coffee, milkshake, waffle and crepe making experience is desirable
• Must be hands on and assisting the team members
• Must be flexible and able to work some weekends
• Previous customer service experience
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Required to lead, supervise and work effectively within a team and individually
• Maintain customer service quality
• Food Hygiene/Health & Safety knowledge is desirable
Position type: Permanent - Full Time (Flexible & Available to work weekends)
