An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Contact Advisor to join the Control Centre team based between Willow Vale, Bedlington, and our client’s Head Office, which operate an out-of-hours emergency response to tenants.

As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will deal with repairs requests and on occasion more general enquiries. Sometimes the nature of these calls will involve people experiencing difficult situations where problem-solving and customer service skills are essential. 

If you have excellent communication skills and a team focused approach to work they want to hear from you. You must also be confident in using various IT systems.
