Call Centre Agents (x6) required for financial services team based at Alderley Park, Cheshire.
We require staff with a skill for providing excellent customer service and drive to achieve.
40 Hours per week, between 8.30am and 8pm Monday-Friday. Some weekend shifts may be required on a rota basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties to include:
- Taking inbound calls
- Chasing customer pack returns
- Customer Services
- Re-engaging pre-signed clients
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidate will have at least 18 months experience working in an FCA regulated business, specifically within a contact centre / telesales centre.
Benefits
Salary c£18,000 - £21,000 depending on experience, monthly bonuses possible.
Company Pension Scheme with 4% employer contribution.
