Ecommerce Account Executive

As a Key Account Executive you will be responsible for driving sales for existing accounts in the business, monitoring and analysing up to date sales performances from each account, closely monitoring stock levels as well as liaising with the buying team to make sure you have sufficient stock available to fulfil orders and meet buying trends. You will be responsible for the on-line management of live listings of product with a number of retailers, working to build strong working relationships with them and maximise sales opportunity.
Keeping in regular contact with these clients via phone, email and face to face meetings, you will provide product support as well as identifying and proposing further business opportunities where suitable.
You will be working closely with the buying team as well as sales and marketing to ensure products are taken to market in the best possible light as well as analysing and reporting on any sales trends and data within the accounts you are managing.
Enthusiasm and tenacity is essential for this role. You will be a real advocate of excellent customer service and have a genuine interest in fashion, retail and branding. A proven background in B2B sales or account management ideally within fashion, FMCG or ecommerce would be ideal and strong analytical skills and a high proficiency with Excel is essential for this role. I would be keen to speak to any recent fashion or business management graduates or alternatively, candidates working in a commercially focused Account Executive or Sales Support role with a strong working knowledge of Retail and Ecommerce.
