Work on creating the company is well progressed to ensure the structures are in place to start to take on assets from mid- 2018.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a HR Officer to join them in Leeds to develop a great place to work with excellent development opportunities in a learning organisation built on its values and culture.

Within the role you will support all areas of HR accountability from Recruitment, Onboarding and Learning to Culture, Engagement and Employee Relations. Developing efficient admin systems and supporting the delivery of regulatory requirements, you will work with managers to deliver effective inductions, offer HR advice and liaise with Finance and Payroll teams, delivering a seamless service to all colleagues.

Developing and maintaining the new HR system and researching new HR services and areas to develop, you will promote a continuous learning culture and help managers/ colleagues continue their professional development.

With previous experience of working in HR, or good knowledge and understanding of HR from professional studies, you will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate a flexible approach with a willingness to support any areas as required in a small organisation. A great organiser and planner, you will have good PC skills along with knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of HR Systems would be a distinct advantage.
