Receptionist/Telephone Operator

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist/Telephone Operator to join our team based in Derby to deliver a professional client focussed image through the provision of reception, switchboard and helpdesk services.
Responsibilities will include taking/transferring calls, taking messages, meeting and greeting all visitors, preparing conference rooms, organising refreshments and managing general administration duties.
The ideal candidate must have a professional telephone manner, be enthusiastic, switched-on, pro-active and have at least one year's previous reception experience within a fast-paced environment.
