Duty Officer (Dual Site)

Full Time Position – 37 Hours per week shift pattern

Scale 5 point 22 – 25  £20,661 - £22,658 pa (pay award pending)

MET-Living is part of the Morris Education Trust (MET), a recently formed and fast-growing multi-academy trust currently including Impington Village College and Witchford Village College.

The main focus of this role will be the development of the Witchford operation. Under the direction of the Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a really positive customer experience as well as providing motivational team leadership.  

We want you to be proactive in developing new, creative and exciting ideas to develop the service we provide. 

This is a multi-site role, so as well as getting involved in Witchford you will divide your time and work at the well-established highly successful Impington site which has a state of the art gym and swimming facilities. 

You will either have a RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification or be willing to undertake training.

This role will require you to be flexible and the ability to travel between sites is essential.
