Receptionist / Telephonist

Gard & Co are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist / telephonist to join our administration team.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and business contacts both in person and on the telephone. 

A smart and professional appearance is a must.  You should be prepared to deal with a diverse workload whilst possessing the ability to remain calm and react quickly to an ever changing situation.

Previous experience within a legal environment would be beneficial.
