Head Chef - South Yorkshire - 1AA Rosette - Country House Hotel
A Head Chef required for this luxury Hotel located within a picturesque location in West Yorkshire.
This 40 plus individually designed bedroom hotel has an award winning 1AA Rosette Restaurant that offers a delicious range of freshly prepared modern British dishes, using only the finest of locally sourced produce.
The hotel also caters for wedding of 60 to 120 guests, private functions and business events.
They are looking for a talented Head Chef who can come onboard and lead the talented kitchen team.
As Head Chef you will:
-Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a professional kitchen and will have a background in running high-level establishments
-Be managing and motivating your team, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered therefore solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential, in order to run this operation efficiently and in line with budget and GP
-Be a creative and talented chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
-Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
-Be experienced in good fresh food
