An award company is looking to appoint a talented and experienced Senior HR Manager to work across the business to help achieve ambitious growth targets.
We have great people across all our teams and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to lead and implement all people related activities. It is a varied role and requires someone who is comfortable with all levels of activity including all HR administration.
This is a permanent role
Part-time hours: very flexible but preferably 4 hours per day x 5 days per week
Salary is GBP70k pro rata
Based in Leatherhead, Surrey
Free parking onsite
Responsibilities to include:
Work directly with CEO to agree and implement the people strategy
Support the managers with all HR related matters
Manage the appraisal and mid-year review process
Lead the recruitment process for all vacancies including agency T&Cs agreements, CV screening, conducting interviews
Manage the induction content and the joining experience including ISO requirements
Coaching managers to deliver high end people management
Help managers and employees source training as required
Manage the leavers experience including ISO requirements
Manage all employee relations issues including conducting disciplinaries and grievances
Manage relationships and maintenance of our benefits
Prepare all HR related documentation
Health and safety and risk assessment of site
What we're looking for:
Significant HR experience
Ideally CIPD qualified
Someone who keeps up to date with the latest legislation
Confident at providing advice at a senior level
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Attention to detail
Proactive, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable with autonomy
Extremely well organised and happy to complete any required admin within the role
