Procurement and CIPS Delivery Trainer

Are you looking for an exciting new role as a design and delivery trainer? You have the opportunity here to create and design your own training as well as represent the company away from their base and deliver your own unique training programme.

You will need to show at least 3 years occupational experience within a formal training environment, accustomed to mentoring and supporting development programme, proven knowledge and credibility of the subject and show evidence of Continuous Professional Development. You will also need to be certificate in Education and Training (Level 4) or above or prepared to work towards this in own time within the first year and have CIPS or IACCM membership. Security clearance will be needed as well.

As part of this challenging role you will have the opportunity to work remotely and even travel abroad on occasions to deliver your training. When not delivering you will be working in the office and may be involved in face-to-face instruction, webinars, action learning sets and on line courses. You will be working closely with several members of the team so communication is key. You will be asked to own at least one course type in the company and will support marketing and sales to ensure that this is sold effectively.
