The Shift Team Leader is a key role within the operations department. You will be working within a fast paced environment with strict deadlines to be achieved all within a safety critical environment.
As part of the production team you will be expected to lead this team to ensure all activities that go through the workshop are managed in such a way to give the customers the best possible service.
