JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client, a local distribution company, require Drivers to work out of one of their Operating Centres around Huntingdon, St.Ives, St.Neots, Chatteris and surrounding villages. You will be driving HGV, LGV, 7.5 ton, C1 Vehicles. The work and contracts are varied. These vacancies are multi-drop and drivers must be prepared for this type of work which will include handballing. Your duties will include, but not limited to, the safe and timely distribution of goods to customers. Monday to Friday basic week.
DRIVER SPECIFICATION
Must hold a valid HGV, LGV, 7.5 ton, C1 Licence with no more than 6 penalty points for insurance purposes. Also for insurance purposes must be aged 23 years or over. Must hold a valid DQC and Digi-tacho card. The Clients you will be working for are classed as 'General Haulage' companies and therefore the load you will be carrying can vary day-to-day. Please be aware; due to the nature of multi-drop work, drivers must be physically fit due to manual handling involved.

*Overtime available
