RF Hardware Test Engineer - Hardware, RF, Microwave, Testing, 2GHZ
RF Hardware Test with RF, Microwave and Testing is required to work on a six month contract (WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION) for our Defence client based in Essex.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as an RF/Hardware Contract Engineer on RF systems operating up to 2GHz.
Key skills required for the RF Hardware Test Engineer
You already have many years of experience in RF Electronics and Test underpinned by an Electronics or Physics Degree level or HND/HNC.
You have a thorough knowledge of electronics testing at frequencies of up to 2 GHz using VNAs, power-meters, oscilloscopes etc. you are skilled at component level fault finding utilising strong analytical, problem solving skills. Your experience includes verification, ESS and qualification tests.
Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as logic analysers, boundary scan, and on-chip debugging would be an asset.
The role is based in Basildon, Essex.
