We are looking for a team member with drive and enthusiasm, able to communicate effectively at all levels from all backgrounds, whilst working to tight targets in a demanding environment ensuring that our employers and learners receive an exemplary service whilst ensuring the needs of the business are met.
* The candidate will be targeted with attracting new learners to Pinpoint Trainings employability programmes with a help from our recruitment company and partners.
* The learners have a variety of different backgrounds and barriers to learning, therefore it is imperative that you have worked with this type of learner before as they will require a lot of support throughout the duration of their training course.
* You are required to have the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and develop networks and working relationships in new areas.
* A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
* Wage depending on experience
* Full Time (09:00 - 17:00)
* Other company benefits
* Mileage allowance paid for business travel
* Full UK driving licence and use of own car and willingness to travel
Your experience
* Experience in a similar role
* The ability to motivate and encourage people
* Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes would be an advantage
* A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and/or KPI's
