Pay: MPS/UPS plus TLR 1[5], GBP9,473 per annum

We are looking to appoint our next inspirational and dynamic head of Science to lead us in achieving exceptional things with our students and to develop a creative and innovative science curriculum. In 2019 we will be moving in to our state of the art new building which means that you will have the chance to establish the highest expectations and standards in a suite of brand new and purpose built laboratories.

You will have a proven record of raising attainment and accelerating progress. Your previous experience as a leader is less important to us than your clear vision on what can be achieved for our students and your team of committed and dedicated staff as well as your ability to motivate and inspire. Our new colleague will have an unstinting belief that every young person, whatever their starting point can make and sustain exceptional progress and that our purpose is to change lives.
