Head Chef - Kent - 2 AA Rosette Restaurant with Rooms - GBP45,000
Platinum Recruitment's Elite Division is currently representing a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant with Rooms in Kent pushing for further accolades and have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team.
Client
Our client is an elegant Georgian Manor House set in its own well established grounds that includes a fantastic kitchen garden. The property is currently a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant with rooms still pushing for further accolades.
The 50 cover restaurant serves seasonal dishes using local game and seafood.
Role
The successful candidate would have a high AA Rosette or Michelin background and still be keen to push for further accolades. You would work together with the Chef / Patron to create new dishes and run the kitchen team of 6
