Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) are looking to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to cover Maternity Leave for our Fresh Produce Client. If you have a keen interest in HR procedures, excellent PC skills then please apply.

Hours Monday - Thursday 8.30 to 5.00pm (30 hours a week)

Job purpose: To provide full HR admin support and provide initial support and advice to line managers.

Must Haves:
?? Intermediate to advanced PC skills - Intermediate Office and good typing skills
?? HR or payroll systems experience
?? Strong administrative experience
?? Extremely good eye for detail and able to work at pace
?? Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence to all levels and through all media.

Role Accountabilities:

Run monthly and weekly payrolls accurately and on time.

Distribute payslips and relevant mail shots.

Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports accurately and on time.

Administrate HR system and other data base changes for areas - bonus / Salary changes / Appraisals / Org charts etc.

Be responsible for keeping information on the Notice boards accurate, current, relevant and informative.

To maintain all Personnel files, ensuring they are filed appropriately, up to date and regularly checked to comply with Data Protection Legislation.

First point of contact for employee queries from area of responsibility. Deals with matters effectively and quickly and uses judgement to refer matters upwards to HRO or HRM.

Monitor Sickness absence. Co-ordinate and action OH administration accurately and on time, including management referrals and follow up reviews. Liaise with TM to discuss OH reports.

To take on project work as and when requested, such as producing reports, joining a business project team, SEF projects etc.

Co-ordinate recruitment activity liaising with the regional recruitment centre ensuring all new starters have the correct 'Right to Work' documentation and managing the end to end employee lifecycle.

Provide absence cover for Reception and other areas as required.
