Account Manager -Education Hot Desk
A growing successful agency based in the heart of Birmingham is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This organisation is an award winning company that offers a great career path for the right candidate.
The role is as follows:
• Developing and nurturing existing relationships with existing candidates
and clients within the education system
• Make business calls to schools to attract business and arrange
interviews for possible candidates.
• Attracting candidates for the clients : By advertising, use of social
media, holding recruitment open days, referrals and headhunting
Interviewing and ensuring candidate compliance.
• Meeting KPIs of attracting new candidates and clients
• Work well as part of a team and on your own
Ideally you will have 12 months minimum recruitment experience in education. You will need to be a confident, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. The ability to work well in a team. You will be looking for a long term career move, therefore offering commitment and stability.
