Reporting into the Regional HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor, GBP40k, will have full responsibility for their site.
Working closely with the Site General Manager, you will provide HR support to employees on site.
This will include:
* First point of contact for all employee related HR matters.
* " Walking the floor", being available for employee and manager needs
* Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies.
* HR support for all hourly recruitment.
* Responsible for coordinating the payroll process.
* Assist with and manage sickness absence cases with HRBP.
* Lead on and assist with investigations and case resolution on discipline, grievance ,dismissal and redundancy issues .
* Assist HRBP with organising the annual appraisal process
* Undertake and support ad hoc projects as needed.
As an experienced HR Advisor, you will have worked in a Multi-site, Manufacturing/ Blue-Collar environment previously.
