Student Support Administrator
My client based in Walsall are seeking a Student Support Administrator.
This is on a temporary basis starting ASAP and you will be working 37hours/week, Monday to Friday .
Your main duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Front of house services
- Supporting Admissions Tutors in the delivery of all aspects of the admissions/enrolment process
- Delivering outstanding administrative functions
- Maintaining accurate data
- Adhering to deadlines
- Providing information to customers, students and staff on any matters relating to admission and student finance
- Providing regular reports relating to admissions and student finance
- Filing all paper documentation in compliance with audit/inspection procedures and requirements
To be successful, you will be confident interacting and building relationships with others and have the ability to identify problems and show initiative. You must be self-motivated with a high attention to detail and have previously worked within a similar role.
