Interim Chief Financial Officer - Munich

This is a great opportunity for a German speaking CFO to lead a PE backed technology and engineering business through an exit. The role will be based in Munich, Germany with occassional meetings in London with the Private Equity investors and other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for all financial affairs of the business and will manage the finance team as well as making all appropriate preparations for a trade sale in an approximate 12 month period.

You must be fluent in German, have experience of working with PE backed businesses, comfortable working across international boundaries and have significant expertise taking businesses through an exit.
