Web/Office Administrator (Permanent)
Part-time (2 ½ days)
Location: West Bridgford, Nottingham
The IPA is the world’s largest police friendship association in the world with over 400,000 members. The successful applicant will work in the International Administration Centre alongside 2 current staff members.
As a Web/Office Administrator you will be primarily responsible for:
- Content management and development of the IPA website and IPA social media platforms and assist in newsletter compilation, when required.
- Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations
- Carry out administrative and secretarial office support roles as required.
- You will be expected to communicate effectively with IPA Board Members and Sections from around the world.

Salary: £20,874 pro rata, rising to £21,618 pro rata on successful completion of first year.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Strong ITC skills in MS Office/ Adobe.
- Experience in website/social media management.
- Experience in office administration and secretarial procedures.
- Effective communicator with proven spoken and written skills in English.
- Available to attend annual, 1 week meeting abroad, if required.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of a foreign language.
